NEWSFLASH! We are pleased to announce the dates and locations for Designer Night at the Races #22 and #23 in California!  In just three weeks K1 Speed will be the location for the West Coast round of the championship series.  Design staff from BMW, GM, VW, Audi, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Fisker, Kia, Mazda, Hyundai, Mercedes, Nissan, Tesla (and hopefully Volvo too) will come together for 2 nights of competition and camaraderie and the chance to brag that they are the Fastest Design Studio in the West (at least until the next event).  Please note that there are some significant changes to the event and format so please read on for details.  If you work for an Automotive OEM and want to be added to the invitation list be sure to let us know (email details are on the flyer).  REGISTRATION DETAILS AFTER THE JUMP.

With the move to K1Speed, one of the premier karting facilities in America, the 20HP electric karts promise to provide some new excitement.  And one of the best results of this change will be the opportunity to move the events a little closer for some of the more distant design studios.  The first event on Tuesday evening May 22nd will be held at K1-Irvine for the more southern studios while the second event will be held Wednesday evening May 23rd at K1-Gardena/Torrance for the more northern studios.  We ask for your consideration and patience as we manage the registration list for the 2 events – it may be necessary to reserve space at the two events for the studios with the longest drives.  Please be sure to register early as space is limited (click on the link to register).  And it goes without saying – pick only ONE event!
